A Brief Introduction
UPCI-St. Francis is a local chapter of the Universal Pentecostal Church, Incorporated (UPCI), a non-stock, nonprofit religious organization duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The latter was formally registered as an organization with the SEC in 1976, having been given the Registry No. 70025.
At present, UPCI-St. Francis has been established as a chapter since July 1980, with its permanent address at #1 JP Compound, St. Francis Subdivision, Pandayan, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan.
As a chapter, UPCI-St. Francis is committed to and pursues the Philosophy, Vision-Mission, and Core Principles embodied in the Universal Pentecostal Church, Inc. (UPCI) Operational Manual and Foundations of Faith. It is in this vein that the following pages lay down the operational policies and guidelines of the UPCI-St. Francis chapter.
